This Procedure is applicable to all the products manufactured in Switron.

A daily manufacturing plan is made available at shop floor.

Process

Based on the manufacturing plan, the base of relevant size is taken and tapping is done as per drawing. The product code is punched on the base plate. Then the plate is sent for plating to a vendor. After receiving the plated base-plated, assembly is done as per relevant drawings. A set of drawings is issued to the shop floor.
