It is ensured that only articles which satisfy the specifications are used in subsequent operations and articles which do not meet the specifications are used inadvertently.

Scope

This procedure is applicable to all raw materials, components, sub assemblies and products which are marketed by Switron.

Procedure

If some components sub-assemblies or products are found not conforming to specifications, the same are rejected. A rejection tag is put on such articles. No tags or stickers are put on accepted raw material and sub assemblies.

A green sticker marked “O.K TESTED” signed by concerned inspector is put on all the final products which conforms to specifications.
